In addition, we can give you all the information you need about developer listings (which aren’t on MLS) as well as updates on all future lot offerings.

We are open seven days a week from 10AM until 5PM in the winter and 10AM until Dusk in the Summer.

If I bring a client to the Visitors Center to request help from the Beacon Hill sales
staff, does it affect my commission? Your commission is in no way affected if you bring in a client and get help from our sales staff. Just be sure to register your client with us prior to your visit or upon your arrival.
Do I have to be with my client when they visit Beacon Hill? No, with proper registration in advance of your clients visit to Beacon Hill, you will be protected as the registered agent and will receive the same commission you would if you accompany your client.
Can I use the wonderful Beacon Hill Amenities (Private Marina, Party Rooms, etc.) when I’m with clients? If you will contact Martha Hershman (Director of Sales) in advance of your visit, she can arrange for you to use the facilities with clients and will even arrange and host a wine and cheese boat tour with your clients.
How do I know which properties listed in Beacon Hill have a golf or social membership to Cedar Creek Country Club available with them? If you are uncertain about the membership availability with any property, please contact Martha Hershman and she can verify availability.
How long am I protected with a registered client? 180 days from the date of registration.
If I bring in a client to buy a lot, is there a time limit that requires when they must build a home? Yes, there is a time requirement as to when a lot owner must build on their lot. This protects the value of their purchase. The time requirement is 18 months from the date of closing to begin construction.
Is Beacon Hill on a central water and sewer system or is each lot served by individual well and septic? Beacon Hill is on a central water and sewer system and all underground utilities are in place.
Does my client have to use one of the Beacon Hill Preferred Builders to build their home or Preferred Architects to design their home. NO, However Beacon Hill has attracted and approved some of the most talented and award winning builders and architects in the State of Texas for your Buyer’s convenience and peace of mind. They can use their Architect and Builder however all architectural plans must be approved by the Beacon Hill Architectural Review Committee. Contact the Visitors Center for a list of our “Lake Resort” Architectural Guidelines and current builder requirements.
